Art Instructor for Youth Programs and Courses
LIT is providing opportunities to engage youth with art enrichment. We offer private classes, small group classes and larger group sessions. We look for energetic, inspired and kind hearted individuals passionate about sharing art with our younger generation. We look for artists that are comfortable teaching one on one classes, larger group classes as well as parent and child classes. We provide prepared curriculum, but also encourage our art instructors to be creative and let us know when they have a great idea to be explored.
Art Instructor for Adult Courses & Workshops
LIT provides opportunities for artists and those who want to learn and expand upon their skill sets. Artists who have experience or degrees in art that are interested in instructing a course can run their own unique workshop, and/or teach an educational art course. LIT has prepared courses as well as we enthusiastically accept customized courses submitted by those interested in the art instructor position.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with our Gallery. As a volunteer you get to see first hand how our gallery runs and become a part of our exhibitions and events. Learn skills and experience in curation, gallery preparator techniques in handling and installing work, as well as other skill sets and gallery experience. Volunteers receive free access to shows and receive a member status. Volunteers provide information to visitors about the Gallery, special exhibitions, events and public programs offered, and facilities.
